We were super excited to have Joseph Gary, a Service Business Strategist from Grime Time. Joseph got started in the Pacific Northwest, Portland, OR, 2013. He always wanted to be a business owner from a very young age. He remembers working in a factory at a young age (18 yrs), with a pen and paper. He remembers writing down a business plan with his brother and starting at a young age, aerating lawns.
Years went by, moving to Utah from Portland. He was in sales, selling copy machines. He was tired of working in corporate America. He was feeling lost at that time, working in the corporate world, until one night he declared himself a business owner. What can he start today and with low capital?
He now has a team of over 35 employees and is the largest in his area. He mainly cleans restaurants and bars at the moment. Joseph is more on the backend of the business, and his employees do the hard work.
A piece of advice from Trudi was to have the individuals who construct your trailer demonstrate its operation. Make sure your trailers are user-friendly, and never stop learning. Mastering your gear is crucial.
