Our special guest, Jeremy Jennings, he is the owner of "Washed out Pressure Washing" We are going to talk AI tonight.

Jeremy started a pressure-washing business around 13 years ago. His background is sales and marketing. He wanted to make everything flow and to make sure his customers were happy. He built this business from the ground up.

He started using AI Beta in 2022, and was amazed by the technology. When Trudi tried using AI, she got accused of advertising as a bot. She thinks it's a little weird, but it's not personal.
