David Sessions is an Atlanta-based entrepreneur and U.S. Army veteran who founded Mint Mobile Detail in 2022. What began with a single van in his driveway quickly expanded into a fleet of mobile units. Under his leadership, Mint has earned widespread recognition—including Access Atlanta’s "Best of Atlanta" and features in numerous news outlets.

He took a $0 investment, and scaling it to $600K in a year, and end up selling it in 2021. The market was good when we sold the business, and after that he had sold his other businesses so he could focus on his family. He took a Mobile Detailing business with a $0 investment, and will be in 2026 at a new high scaled business. You don't have to have a degree in learning the branding and learning about his business growth. He took all of his business from building it one job after another. The process behind the home service business, was to have a goal of "getting off the truck as soon as possible".

Q. How was he paying his employees?
He was paying per commission with Detailing, and Power Washing was paying hourly, with a bonus. Make sure you have quality control systems in place.

His founder's workshop, is a quarterly event. Covering 3 days (Fri., Sat., and Sun.) He talks about what his customers look like, how you should be advertising, explains marketing, how to create avatars, how to write hiring ads, processes and systems.
